What do we collect?
Only what we need to process your order:
- your name, email address and (optionally) phone number;
- your delivery address;
- what you order, the amount and the status of your payment;
- any note you add to your order;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
Your payment details (such as card or account numbers) never reach us: you enter them directly with our payment provider Mollie.
If you only visit the site without ordering, we do not collect personal data. We do not use analytics or advertising tools.
What do we use it for?
- Fulfilling your order: payment, shipping and the confirmation email. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- Meeting our legal obligations, such as bookkeeping and making sure we do not sell alcohol to minors.
- Answering your questions when you email us.
We do not send newsletters or advertising, and we never sell your data.
Who do we share it with?
- Mollie B.V. processes your payment.
- The carrier receives your name and delivery address to deliver your parcel.
- Our hosting and email provider stores the website, the orders and the emails for us.
These parties may only use your data on our behalf and must keep it secure.
How long do we keep it?
Order data is kept for as long as the law requires for bookkeeping and tax purposes. Emails about questions are kept for as long as needed to help you.
Your rights
You can always ask to access, correct or delete your data (except what we are legally required to keep). You can also object to processing or ask for your data to be transferred. Email info@letendenze.be; we reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
Minors
Our products are alcoholic beverages. We do not sell to anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect data from minors.
